Rights
Commercial rights depend on the account and the source material. Paid-plan generation can carry commercial rights; free-plan songs do not; someone else's lyrics, melody or recording are not covered by a paid plan. Keep the generation record and any authorization letter with the delivery.
Data and logging
Prompts and lyrics can contain personal or confidential information. Log only what you need for support and billing; redact sensitive text; set a retention period; delete on request where your policy requires it.
Disclosure
Tell users that the track is AI-generated and do not imply that your product is Suno's official service. Link to your terms, the commercial-use page and the complaint or takedown path. This is an operational checklist, not legal advice; have counsel review your final terms.
